What we collect when you use this site or send a quote request, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you request a quote we collect what you type into the form: part numbers and quantities, your email address, and optionally your name, company, country, telephone or WhatsApp number, engine serial number and message. We also record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived from an advertisement, the campaign identifiers in the address.
Why we collect it
To answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you order, to deliver and invoice. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Where it is kept
Quote requests are received on servers operated by Cloudflare and transferred to our order system in China, where our sales team works with them. They are kept only as long as needed to answer and follow up on the request.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses analytics only to see which pages are used. It sets no advertising cookies without your consent.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to its use. Write to sales@dfecparts.com. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
